Investors

Following initial investment by the founders, Kirkstall won the Venturefest Investment competition in 2007 and then secured further seed funding from South Yorkshire Investment Fund (link).

These funds were successfully used to finance development work and Proof of Concept studies in Pisa and Sheffield.

In 2008 Kirkstall was awarded a GRD grant and secured further investment from the Viking Fund (link) and Angel Investors.
